Hopefully it does not expand the war to include other countries!  The sanctions must be hurting it financially plus a lot of young, talented  Russians have left the country.  

It is interesting to see that several other countries in the Russian federation and under Putin's power are now seeking allies elsewhere.

Yes, it made most other European countries find new sources of natural gas.  It was piped in from Russia but most replacements must be shipped in in the form of LNG. James 

Fund managers or private investors should stay well clear of most UK  things as the UK equity markets have been declining in relevance for the last 25 years.  That is unlikely to change. 

I personally make 2 exceptions to that rule and have money in Ashtead, AHT, and Grainger, GRI.  

I am heavily invested on natural gas including LNG and hydrogen.

I am surprised the German construction sector is growing.  There is a huge shortagve of housing in Germany so what part is growing?

China will recover. Much of Asia is ok. Britain is in a mess and so is much of the EU. I think the US might have a mild recession.

The pound and euro have crashed and will stay low.  The euro is now below parity against the Swiss franc.
