Is Geoengineering Research Objectionable?

Here is another consideration: Is some of that carbon dioxide increase caused by tghe removal of the forests of trees that consume it and release pure oxygen? And what happens if that conversion slows? I can live with it a bit warmer, but breathing oxygen is rather fundamental to most life, except plants. If there is not enough oxygen then  temperature rise does not matter.

My First Stock Analyzed: Lessons From A 10x Return

Interesting indeed, and backing up my thinking that steady growth is more common than sudden bursts caused by some sort of emotions. So the sure way to get rich quick in the stock markets is to do it slowly. The problem with going fast or very fast is that it provides a a lot more energy to do damage when there is a crash, or even just a bump in the road.

Of course there is still the hard fact that to actually get that money one must sell the stock, and so there is still the need for buyers willing and able to pay.

Market Briefing For Monday, Aug. 9

What not one liberal will admit is that all of this low emissions stuff is more expensive, and for all of those nations trying to escape poverty demanding that they use the much more expensive everything is a real kick in the face.So it should be clear that getting those nations out of the poverty trap will allow them to use cleaner energy. Unfortunately the liberal agenda does not care about that part of the future. But think: If the poor nations become even slightly wealthy, how much more will they be able to buy???

Small-Cap Buy Signals Abound…

It certainly looks good now, of course how often is it that a crash sends out clear warnings for all to act upon? And would a well publicized in advance crash be as bad if folks were warned a week ahead of time? Would it even be a real crash? It is the unknowns that lead to the panic and sudden reversals. And how does one predict which actions will start the stampede?

Buffett Sells Stock For Third Quarter In A Row, Slows Buyback With Market At All Time High
3 years ago

If it is true, then it is rather disturbing. “Frankly, we’re not competitive with that. It won’t go on forever,” Buffett said of SPACs, clearly unaware that it is the Fed's job to make sure that this insanity goes on forever, now that even a modest market pullback would result in economic collapse." So who exactly will be damaged by said "collapse"?? Would it be the profits of the investors? Or would it be the general population? Or some other unspecified entities? Quite frankly, those folks with millions or billions worth of assets do not get any sympathy from me if one quarter they must get by with what they already have. I doubt that any charities will go broke because of a sudden drop in their support from these folks. So maybe an "economic collapse" will help some folks adjust their priorities.

The 3 Most Notable Features Of Q2 Earnings Season

One concern that have is that it appears that in all instances growth and profits are calculated compared to the "glitch" that produced an extreme in the opposite direction, instead of being compared to the running average prior to that. The result is an incorrect impression, apparently very intentional, and certainly rather misleading.

PayPal Censorship Highlights Bitcoin’s Importance

For the concern about financial censorship, I offer that some people WILL do ANYTHING for money. And if some institution shows that there is no limit to what they will do for money, they have just announced that they will support levels of degeneracy below what any can imagine. They have just announced that they believe that there is no such thing as "wrong." I would thus expect such an organization to rip me off whenever they saw a chance to do it without consequence. That is the logical extension of refusing to ever prevent some actions. WHO would choose to deal with such an organization???
