War between nations is beginning to look rather silly in this day and age.  And here is my advice to stop the needless casualties of war.

Don't start!

This Iranian attack on Israel provides the perfect metaphor for stopping war altogether.  It was a tit for tat and nothing more, so let's just let that be the way the tits have their final say and be done with tat.  Netanyahu needs to retire in the comfort of his home, as long as his home isn't part of the Israeli's expansion.

Same goes for Russia.  Bombard all you can as long as the United States Congress sits on its hands, but in the end, you, too, Russia will pay the price for war.

So really, what good is this thing we call war?  What do you gain from war these days?

In truth, there is not much left out there to gain, so if there has been any time in the world's history this should be the time people are talking world peace and not war.

Somebody of importance (e.g., Biden or Jinping) needs to raise the consideration of "world peace" into the world's mindset.  It's doable, really.  And here is how you achieve it tomorrow.

1. Cease fire everywhere;
2. Russia is invited to join the European Union (where by the way, it would probably become the most important country in Europe).
3. The current land dispute between Russia and Ukraine will be settled by a World Court when it is formed.
4. China is guaranteed alliance with Taiwan (in the same way that the UK is united with the US, independent but aligned).
5. The same World Court in item 3. is used to come up with a "two state solution" around Israel.
6. Create a World Federation that will manage all "global territorial and concerns" using a democratic process.

Voila.  What is so hard about that?  And it all begins with a Cease Fire worldwide..
