This is it. I just cannot take the heat anymore. I have done everything that i could!
World peace or no world peace. I need a break.
I used to be so confident about world peace, yet it still seems so near, but so far away.
Did the U.S., Europe, Ukraine present the deal to Putin (Russia) or didn't they? If they didn't, then the colossal mistake is in the free world's court.
If Putin was asked and rebuked the offer. Then the colossal mistake is at the hands of Putin (Russia), which then will pay for down the road, including war trials.
Regardless of who is in error, the timing was perfect--and now i must have time to go back to the drawing board. I hate to say it, but if the truth were told, i cannot waste time trying to keep a bunch of junior undergraduate students in globanomics up to date on what is going on right at the moment. I have to start digging into things and find out where things went wrong.
So, this is it guys, i am signing off for now until i get some sense that we are back on track again. Right now, i am not sure whose track i am on. And i think the same thing holds true for the other players, too.
I'll miss you. And as always, it has been fun, and educational, but life has to move on forward, looking for new paths to follow and explore.
Taking a break is a great way to recharge one's batteries! Good luck.
Don't blame yourself. Putin is not sane and can't be expected to react rationally.
Insanity can be the only explanation. I wonder if Putin has ever heard Kennedy's speech--maybe that would help bring him back to his senses. We cannot give up trying to get Mother Russia to understand. But i have done all that i can. In the mean time i will try to market my new book called Globanomics.
