Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness

Date: Sunday, June 26, 2022 5:52 AM EST

Here is where the Supreme Court went wrong with their decision.  They said that no where in our Constitution was abortion addressed.  That may be so, but in another document called, the Declaration of Independence we said that "all persons" were created equal and had the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.  For women, that includes the right to stop an unwanted pregnancy.

That's the argument i would make.  I just don't know who you take it too.  Would the Supreme Court even acknowledge the Declaration of Independence as having anything to do with our laws?  That's the question.

You wrote that everyone has the right to life. What about the unborn babies that are murdered?

The Mother is the primary and the unborn is the secondary.  And you Trumpians do not get to make the decision for the primary.

You would lose on the "life" point if you try to bring it up.

Not according to our religion.  The baby must take precedence. Otherwise its soul will not be baptised.
