In one of my communiques with my new financial bigwig friend, I sent the following, subjected Just In Case
-----
Hi, XXXX--Just in case you have not figured out completely my bigger plan, you should know that what i want to do is replace the current structure of the United Nations (which was essentially constructed right after WW II). Things and power have changed since 1946, and i want to replace it with something called the Federation, where the U.S. has 49.9% of the voting power.
I see a structure around this Federation (in effect a global governance on big issues like food, water, health, climate change, etc.) with two-house Congress-like bodies--i.e., a House populated by population, and a Senate populated by voting power based upon "business market value".
Some of the agencies are already set up, including the World Health Organiztion, Food, etc.) There would be a Justice Department and a Supreme Court of sorts.
And i see Obama as the first President of this new Federation.
The President of the United States will still be the President of the United States dealing with all the matters pertaining to the needs of the people of the United States.
Both the President of the United States and the President of the Federation have to be people of high calibre, untainted by scandal and corruption.
Now that is how i see things. Again, this could be done by April 2022, but maybe an April 2023 date might be more logical--just to give us more time to work things out.
p.s. For myself, i could see doing work for both Presidents (i.e., the President of the U.S. and the President of the Federation) as long, of course, they are people of great character, which i think all the people we have been talking about (with the exception of Trump) are.
ps. Oh, yes, here is another point. The Senate of the Federation chooses the Federation's President. The Senate actually consists of all the world's leaders who carry with them their voting power. It is not done by popular vote.
Respectfully,
Jim
Curious. Who is this bigwig and does he have the wherewithal all to actually implement your plan?
The Bigwig is my secret, but the answer is "yes". At least he/she can bring it out into the light of day, which has always been a problem with Talkmarkets.
