Can World Peace Wait?

Date: Saturday, April 27, 2024 5:44 AM EDT

Can world peace wait?

In all honesty, the answer is "yes"--we can wait for world peace.  Due to the fact that we have never really had world peace, it is easy to come to the conclusion that world peace can wait.  After all, what's wrong with the way things are today?

------

But really, folks, the best answer to the question is "no".  World peace should not be put off because it will take "world peace" to solve the three major problems of our era most effectively:

  1.  nuclear disarmament.
  2. climate change; and
  3. population control.

Options for world peace don't just come around all the time, yet 2024 offers the world a unique opportunity to establish world peace once and for all--in a manner that will benefit all of humankind and the Earth at the same time.  It's an option for heroes to take.  So, the question becomes--are Biden and Jinping going to be heroes or heals.  History will judge.

-----

Let me ask you to do one thing.  Close your eyes and think what world peace would mean to you.  Think about a world without war-like conflict.  Think about a world where war-like conflict is completely banned.  Do you think that such a world might not change the way you look at humankind in a more favorable light.  Then think about the same thing happening in eight billion other minds on Earth.

The impact of world peace on the human psyche will be immediately felt, leaving in its wake, a better human psyche.  Keep your eyes closed and just think about it for awhile, then ask yourself as to whether world peace can or should wait.

-----

World peace in less than six weeks i say.  (This is now my "third" world peace date prediction).  And i am swinging for the fences.

World peace starts with the calling in of all the world's "fleet ballistic missile submarines" into port and off alert status.  This could be orchestrated in such a way that one or two submarines from every country that has them come into port every day over a week's period of time.  Have the submarines surface 100-miles from port and make a big hoopla showing them coming into port.

A week of such an experience will reverberate all around the world in a very positive manner.  After such a week of global fanfare, you can start handing out the Nobel Peace Prize to Biden and Jinping, who made the big leap possible.

-----

World peace will not mean that all of our world's problems will go away, but it will mean that we are better prepared to solve the world's problems better than we ever have before.

World peace, today, tomorrow, and forever.
