Let me put it to you this way..Sometimes when the er numbers come in, you will state that they missed the estimize numbers, but did not miss consensus estimates. As a stockholder, consensus is really all I care about because that's what moves the stock price - as far as I can see your estimize numbers do not move stock prices. Please correct me if I am wrong.

So as far as I can tell, estimize is very good at gauging the community sentiment albeit within a small subset of where your contributor's think a stock's numbers will come in. It's like a contest with bragging rights and a shout out when the one contributor gets closest.

Hi Leigh I always wanted to ask you this..but why should I follow these estimize numbers? what if you guys are way off?. what happens then,,or how does it help me to know what your numbers are? I get that you look like great when you nail the numbers I just want to know how to monetize that data..thanks Carol ps love your podcasts.

you didn't say what the best stocks are when the so-called correction (ahem) comes.

I don't buy the argument that the market cleanses itself in a correction. why are you so bearish?

Given the alternatives, I am thankful we have a boring market.

As long as money is cheap, mergers and stock buybacks make sense..consolidations are healthy..I am surprised we haven't seen more. good article..cheers
