interest rate to zero was news-worthy.

for a non-specialist there are too many unknown acronyms and abbreviations: TLTRO, CRB, MOVE.
Moreover your point 2 in observations above doesn't scan: All of the currency futures tracked here so a decline in the gross long positions.
I think you mean not so but show so if you are dictating these notes you should read them over before they go out.
