One would think that the Supreme Court would announce their decisions on the "el trumpo" issues either today or tomorrow. The Super Tuesday primaries are next Tuesday and i think they should go on as scheduled, which they will.
But the Supreme Court must come out before that and make it clear that the "el trumpo" cannot run for President--he does not meet the qualifications according to the Constitution of the United States of America.
There is no debate here. "El trumpo" broke Constitutional law and that disqualifies him based upon the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution. The people shouldn't decide whether the "el trumpo" is guilty or not--that is the job of the Courts--and the highest of the Courts cannot shred its responsibilities.
Even if the "el trumpo" would happen to get more votes than Haley on Super Tuesday, it should not matter. Haley should be declared the winner because the "el trumpo" doesn't qualify.

Anything less than that would be a criminal action in a civil society. The Law is the King in the United States. Without the law we will not have a United States. And it is time we applied the Law like it was meant to be applied. In fact, it is past time.
If i had the knowledge of the law that the Supreme Court, it would not take me more than a week to right a very good justification for my decisions. It's easier to justify a right than it is to justify a wrong.

On another front. Fox news. I am always blown away with the methodology that Fox uses to make Biden look like an old fool and idiot. Last night i turned over to Fox and Hannity was on. Hannity was cutting down Biden, making fun of him, and in the process used two democrats to prove his point.
First, he brought up a clip of Jim Clyburn explaining how Biden had suffered stuttering issues since childhood and everybody knows that. Hannity laughed after he showed the clip and said something like even Biden's best supporters are trying to find excuses for his senility. Then he showed the Governor of California who went on about a one minute clip where the Governor claimed that Biden's age was a benefit that we should be grateful for (this position is similar to my own). Again Hannity came on and laughed and the absurdity of the Governor's statement.
Now, tell me. How do you combat that. Fox turns pluses into minuses, regardless whether it has any truth to it or not.

And that is another "Fucking Reason" you don't leave the interpretation of Constitutional rules of law to the voting public. The Supreme Court is much, much more qualified to answer the question as to whether the "el trumpo" meets the qualifications for becoming President of the United States than the people of the United States.
So, god bless it. Let's get it done!
I've gone back and forth about this. All these court cases against Trump.... America has a right to know BEFORE the election, if Trump is going to be found guilty. Or is it better for Americans to be able to say who they want for president, without having the results of the court cases unduly influence their choice.
I've been wondering how they would affect things also. Like if Trump were already found guilty and sitting in jail now, would Nikki Haley be sweeping the primaries? Or would Trump do even better, because so many of his followers believe he is innocent? It might make some people vote for him even more.
Trump's followers would vote for Trump either way. I don't think it would make a difference among them. But there are many who would not support Trump, if he were found guilty.
One can use their choice to protest and vote for the "el trumpo", but that should be all it is considered--a protest. The vote should not count--the "el trumpo" doesn't meet the qualifications for the Presidency, anymore than a foreign national does. It is as simple as that. And it should be the Supreme Court of the United States that should rule on such matters.
There is no back and forth here. It's straight down the middle.
