What i am about to say holds for those folks who were most influenced by World War II.  That is my generation, which includes the "baby boomers" and those who were born before the "baby boomers".  In fact, Biden, himself, is part of my generation.

It is our generation that has lived with the "bomb" and survived several land-war skirmishes these past seventy-five years plus.  It is our generation that knows the worst things about war.  It is our generation that first began thinking about world peace, in lieu of world conflict.

But after seventy-five years plus, we still have not fulfilled our mission--world peace.

I would claim that no other generation than my own (the one i am talking about) deserves to see world peace accomplished while they are still in control.

World peace is coming--sooner or later.  Right now there are two candidates running for President of the United States that can bring to the United States and to the world--world peace.  Those two candidates are Biden and Haley.  (i do not consider the type of world peace that "el Trumpo" would bring to be in fact world peace--dictators will never find peace).

Anyway, it is probably going to be moot after tonight, and Biden might end up being our last great hope.   The problem i have with that is it shouldn't matter how things turn out tonight.  Biden owes "our" generation the right to claim that it was our generation that brought the world--world peace.  Now--today, tomorrow, some time soon--at least long before the November election. 

No President of the United States has ever been given an opportunity like Biden has today.  And it's time to lay down the cards and to show hands.  Screw the outcome of the New Hampshire primary.  If "el Trumpo" wins tonight, we will have only one-peace maker left.  The risk may be low to see another "el Trumpo" Administration, but there is risk just the same.  And one thing you learn (at least in business and mathematics), you never take on "risk" that you don't have to take.

If Haley wins tonight, her road is still steep, but at least we will have another peace candidate running other than just Biden.

Peace is peace, so it shouldn't matter much to me, but for some reason, i feel that Biden owes our generation this.  There are a lot of things that our generation accomplished (e.g., improved civil rights, black, women, hispanic, etc; a rising concern about the environment which we were polluting at the same time, continued business prosperity (e.g., from General Motors, Ford, etc. to Apple, Google, Amazon, Social Media, Artificial Intelligence, Semiconductors).  But things are yet from perfect and for that our generation is also at fault (although perfection will always be difficult for any generation to achieve).

Anyway, world peace is available to us today.  Please, Joe, don't pass it on for some other generation to accomplish.  Our generation worked too fucking hard not to get credit for it.
