The Trump Supreme Court

Date: Friday, July 1, 2022 10:16 AM EST

I think my followers know what i think about Trump's Supreme Court decision regarding abortion--and how it is counter the life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness guarantee made in our Declaration of Independence.

Now, if i understand it correctly, the Trump Supreme Court says the EPA cannot do anything without Congresses direct permission.  Doesn't the Trump Supreme Court know that Congress holds hearings all the time on the Executive Branches of the government.  They do so regarding budgets and what those budgets are supposed to be used for.  Congress holds special hearings with different Executive Branches on different occassions.

So my question is this.  Doesn't the Supreme Court know that Congress already has blessed the activities of the EPA?  The truth is the EPA should not do anything that has not been blessed by Congress.  But the funny thing is, EPA emission standards have already been blessed by Congress.

So what goes here?

We used to have a separation of powers between the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial Branches of the Government.  Under the Trump Supreme Court rulings we might as well just have one branch of Government--the Trumpian Supreme Court.

Now how much sense does that make?

Personally, I think those Justices lied in their confirmation hearings. And if not flat out lied, certainly mislead. They clearly lack character. Not the kind of people who should be leading our courts.

Hi, James.  Yes, i know.  The thing is you cannot do much right now.  We either have to (1) impeach Thomas and then hope Mr. Roberts finds his way; or (2) establish legislature that will pass the Court's review--and that means you need a democratic majority with a lot less Trumpians and DeSantis
