Sometimes I Throw Out My Degree, But Not Often

Date: Thursday, January 21, 2021 7:43 AM EST

All through my life i never "overblew" my degree at Wharton or Indiana.  I never bragged on either.

But every once in a while, i would mention that i did have an M.B.A. and one from Wharton, too.  Just the mention of that fact even worked against people from Harvard, and i have met a few of them.

I think it is time that i remind TalkMarkets that i have a Wharton Degree and that i am talking to them as a business person now.  TalkMarkets current model stinks.  What business person could afford to stay in business if he kept getting paid "ZERO" for his distinguished work.  And that is what is wrong with the current TalkMarkets model.

Hell, i am living on social security (60% of my income and expenses) and TalkMarkets is paying me "ZERO" to give them the best work of my life.  Go figure.

That model stinks and i am starting a contributors' revolt even if they do not understand it yet.

And by the way, i am beginning to wonder if TalkMarkets doesn't control my voice already as it is--and i am going to consider other audiences.

All you do is complain. I think you have a very inflated sense of self-worth. I'm surprised they even let you publish here. I for one will no longer be following you as it seems like you have nothing worth saying any more.

Why is your current financial situation the site's fault? We're all suffering during the pandemic. you think you are alone? Both my wife and I lost our jobs back in March and we have four kids to feed and rent to pay. But you can decide what to do with your time. No one makes you write here. Go get a job. Be a greeter at Walmart.

And how can you say the model stinks, when you made it clear in your previous posts that you don't even understand the model?
