I have a good friend (phD in neurology) that I send some of my "wanderings" reply to one of them and saying he was discouraged and worried about where the United States was going or what it had become.. Here is my response to that dear friend:
--------
I have never been more hopeful about the future of the United States as I am today.
Listen, Trump "is" going to prison. He has to. He is our Benedict Arnold. The "abortion" thing is a mess for the republicans, as well as any other stupid Supreme Court decisions that may come down the line will be.
Then finally, you are right, the G7 is already in a way implementing Globanomics and almost talking about it in a way. Now i am just trying to get the G7 to acknowledge that what they are trying to do should be called globanomics.
If i could get a mass distribution of Globanomics out there--many, many people would eat it up--and a lot of those people would not be United States citizens.
Globanomics is a book about freedom and democracy. Globanomics slayed Trumpism.
So, try not to get discouraged about where we stand today because by election time 2022 rolls around the Americans who believe in freedom over tyranny will be coming to make their vote.
I think Trump belongs in jail. 58% of the country agrees, and that was even before Hutchinson's damning testimony at the Jan 6th hearings. But that still leaves nearly half the country who thinks Trump should not believe in jail. And 1/3 of the country who is crazy enough to believe he really won the election.
Because of that, I don't think Trump will ever go to prison for his countless crimes. They would be too afraid of the ramifications. The response would make the Jan 6th insurrection look like a cake walk. The militias like the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers would likely take up arms while hundreds of thousands of Americans would join them. It would be a very bloody response.
And because of that, Trump will likely get away with his high crimes.
