Inning No. 1--U.S. envoy makes contact with China in order to begin World Peace talks---done or doing.

Inning No. 2--Xi Jinping meets with Vladimir Putin to tell him the plans for World Peace, which in turn allows Putin to stay in power--October 2023.

Inning No. 3--Biden and Jinping meet to tell the world of their World Peace plans--November.2023.

Inning No. 4--All the world's fleet ballistic missile submarines are in port and off alert--December 1, 2023.

Inning No. 5--Constitutional Committee formed to develop a World Federation Constitution with Barack Obama leading the effort--December 2023 - June 2024.

Inning No. 6--While waiting for the new World Federation, the UN will begin managing the destruction of all "weapons of mass destruction"--beginning January 1, 2024.

Inning No. 7--Nations are given three months to sign up to be part of the World Federation, submitting to the rights of the World Federation Constitution--July-September 2024.

Inning No. 8--World Federation House Members will be chosen/elected in order to begin operations by January 1, 2025.   On October 1, 2024 the President of the United States nominates the candidates for Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the World Federation.  Senate vote to confirm will be on December 1, 2024 using the Senate methodology laid out in Globanomics.  Tenures for these positions all begin on January 1, 2025.   During this period, the World Federation Judges will be chosen--one for every recognized world alliance group other than the US Alliance Group (probably about 7), thus giving the US Alliance Group 6 (with 3 of those from the US, one from the UK, one from Canada/Australia, one from Mexico).---All of this between October 2024 and January 1, 2025.

Inning No. 9--December 1 will be a World Holiday called World Peace Day and celebrated every year.

Inning No. 10--The World Federation begins operations, using the UN building as its home until a new World Federation can be constructed elsewhere--January 1, 2025.

It's probably a bit ambitious of a schedule, but just the same it could work with the right amount of planning and good intentions.
