It Is Clear to Me

Date: Sunday, November 28, 2021 6:18 AM EST

Boy, the last 24-hours have been interesting--i will say that.

After being told by Talkmarkets' Editorial that they were referring me to their legal department, i began to wonder what in the hell is going on here.  Now what have i done?  I admit that i have never got along very well with Talkmarkets' editorial staff, but i never thought they would try to come after me with their legal department.  What in the f---- have i done to Talkmarkets?  Hell, i am trying to make Talkmarkets rich--including their esteemed editorial staff.

Then this morning i heard from Boaz (the CEO of Talkmarkets) who challenged me in a much more "professional" manner.  You have to realize that "writers" are subordinates to editorial staffs--and sometimes the editorial staffs do not treat their writers very professionally.  Boaz runs Talkmarkets.

I explained to Boaz that i was not all that upset with Talkmarkets, itself, but with "my followers" on Talkmarkets, who i consider to be part of Talkmarkets in another way.  I try to be specific when i say "Talkmarkets' followers", but sometimes i get lazy and just refer to that group as Talkmarkets.  My bad.  Anyway, Boaz and i have always gotten along very well and we have resolved many issues between me and his editorial staff together.  So, as of right now, i think i have taken care of the "legal" threat, which i did not really take all that seriously, but on the other hand, it did have me thinking about "blowing everything up" and just saying "fuck it!".  But Boaz came through for me once again.

Then this morning i received two rather rare "message comments" from a couple of followers.

One from the "angry old lady" i have referred to before asking for a link to my new book, Globanomics.  Now that is a step in the right direction, even if it is twenty days after i first put the links up on Talkmarkets.

And the second one from another follower who kind of agreed with my Russia-China perspective.  It's nice once in a while to find someone somewhat in agreement with oneself.  I have found you don't get many comments from one's followers, let alone good comments.

Anyway, based upon all of the above, i have decided to continue to fight for Globanomics.  When i woke up this morning and before all the above, i was ready to "burn the copies" that i had, and i was ready to go "blank" with Talkmarkets.

So, as you can see, it does not take much to keep me going.

Thank you for sharing this. I was actually going to make a large investment in this company, but now I will invest elsewhere.
