moreAuthor of Globanomics. Jim has nearly fifty years of professional experience in the development of management information and analytical business decision support systems. Broadly disciplined with exceptional experience. Education includes an MBA from the Wharton School-University of Pennsylvania, an MPA in public finance from Indiana University; and a BA in mathematics from Hanover College. As a young man, I served as a nuclear trained officer on a U.S. fleet ballistic missile submarine during the Cold War.
In terms of articles relating to finance, economics, and the markets I am writing exclusively for TalkMarkets. I have published novels of both fiction and nonfiction, including: Globanomics, Crush Depth Alert; The Sowers Seeds; Champion Standing, Before Monarchs Flap Their Wings, and The Cold War Submariner (1969-1973). I agree with you Jason Green, The laptop was definitely Hunter's but it was likely stolen, like Biden's daughter's diary. Then a nice mix of real and made up content makes for a great conspiracy.
I found the whole laptop story to be filled with so many holes. It makes no sense that Hunter would take a laptop filled with so much illegal content, to a random computer repair place, and then never bother to pick it up. Especially when his family's Foundation, and presidential campaign, had "Fixers" and plenty of trusted tech people who could have fixed it for free.
The store owner's is also a Trump supporter, legally blind, and couldn't ever confirm that it was Hunter who dropped it off. And his story to the FBI kept changing.
And lastly, a forensic analysis showed that while many of the content on the laptop was genuine, much of it was added later. So clearly something nefarious was going on there. Trump loves to say that the claims of Russian misinformation was BS, but I'm not so sure.
