Here Is How It Works

Date: Saturday, January 14, 2023 4:20 PM EST

Pythagoras was a mathematician and philosopher.  As i did, most of us became familiar with Pythagoras with regards to his theorem relating to "right triangles".  Not bad, for someone who was quite a bit ahead of my time--figuring out something that i never could have on my own even with everything i hae learned up to this point.

Anyway, most people don't know much about Pythagoras as a philospher.  Pythhagoras had a following, like Sacrates and Plute, etc.  Pythogoras developed a set of virtues that his followers were supposed to essentially say in a "continued prayer", somewhat like the "jesus prayer" in the Tale of the Pilgrim, a matra so to speak.  The hari krishnas to the same thing with their "love chants".  It's a fairly common religious type of thing to do.

Anyway, that is why i developed my own "triangle of virtues", which i plan to share with you tomorrow--with the definitions of each of the virtues.

Until then.
