Hallelujah! One More Chance

Date: Monday, March 4, 2024 6:10 AM EST

Rumor has it that the Supreme Court may rule on the Colorado case today.  I was hoping that might be the case.  I sure hoped they would make their choice before Super Tuesday and that is why i was pushing for the decision last week.

But today is still before Super Tuesday.

Now the Supreme Court has to make the right decision.  There is no other branch of government left to stop the threat.  The Executive Branch dropped the ball by going after the little guys of January 6, 2021 first.  The Legislative Branch dropped the ball twice, including once after January 6, 2021.  Now it is the Judicial Branches turn.

The question then becomes:  What is going to be, John Roberts--the Constitution or the "el trumpo"?

We will wait for your answer later today.

The Supreme Court has a right wing super majority and half of that right wing majority was personally appointed by Trump.  2 or 3 of the Justices are also likely to retire soon, meaning the next president will be able to pick the replacements.  So they have a vested interest in seeing Trump return.

They overthrow over 50 years of women's rights, against the wishes of most Americans.  Why do you think they will suddenly do the right thing now?

Here is my logic.  First, Roberts forces Thomas to recuse himself for obvious reasons.  Second, Roberts is in favor of voting in favor of Colorado (which all of a sudden makes things look like a 4 to 4 decision).  Until, third, the importance of the decision for unanimity passes through the court.  Ending, fourth, with an 8 to 0 in favor of Colorado.

I know it might sound far-fetched, but we must remember and rely upon the fact that the Supreme Court of the United States is supposed to have blinders on when interpreting the law.  And an 8 to 0 shows that the Supreme Court actually does have its blindfold on.

Some people on the left still want to run against the "el trumpo".  I am not part of that group.
