DC Appeals Court

Date: Saturday, February 3, 2024 11:21 AM EST

Once the DC Appeals Court finally determines whether anyone in a democracy is above the law, we should impeach all three judges for simple negligence and laziness.

The difference between a democracy and other alternative forms of government (e.g. a monarchy, dictatorship, or other authoritarian form of government).  It's that simple.  Do we live in a democracy or not?--that is the only thing that is being asked here.

And we have supposedly have three-wisened old judges that require "more than five weeks to answer that question" well enough to pass the judgement of the supposedly even more-wisened nine judges on the Supreme Court.

Good god, don't they make judges read the U.S. Constitution anymore?  It's what set up the rule of law that we have.

----

The American people vote for a President, not a King, and not a dictator.  No one is above the law in the United States.  At least from a legal and moral position.   "El Trumpo" should take solace in the fact that in the United States that he is innocent until proven guilty.

And if he argues that he has no peers, then i would let Carter, Clinton, Bush, Obama, and Biden be the jury as to whether the dumb mother- was behind the seditious acts of January 6, 2021.

The DC Appeals Court is an embarrassment to our rule of law--in my opinion.

------

ps. a couple of other things.  Since in Talkmarkets we seem to talk in code a lot, i want you to know that i interpreted the response to a question i asked last week positively--making me hope we are further along than what meets the eye.  Of course, i have been wrong in my interpretations before.

ps.  i thought there was something else of great importance, but i seem to have forgotten that which was so extremely important at the time.

We have a secret code? I think I missed that class.

The secret code comes via this comment section, but you have to pay close attention to who is commenting and what they are saying.  If you don't know about the secret code, you are probably not part of the secret group behind Talkmarkets.

The secret code is somewhat like a conspiracy theory.  Is there really a secret code or isn't there?

BTW, i am curious.  I noticed that you were following 76 people on Talkmarkets, yet i am not one of them.  How then, did you find me out.  Or why?
