Broadly disciplined with exceptional experience. Education includes an MBA from the Wharton School-University of Pennsylvania, an MPA in public finance from Indiana University; and a BA in mathematics from Hanover College. As a young man, I served as a nuclear trained officer on a U.S. fleet ballistic missile submarine during the Cold War.

What is Globanomics? I never heard of it. Is that a term you coined? Why would Blinken mention it if people aren't familiar with it?
