I've always found this aspect confusing myself. And yet I'm shocked that Bitcoin has surpassed $20k. It's main appeal seems to be for criminals. But it's buzziness is causing many investors to buy and horde the "currency." People who will never actually spend those coins to buy anything.

Perhaps you are correct - I would have thought Covid would have factored into the election more and caused Trump to lose by a landslide. While he'll likely still lose, that clearly didn't happen. I agree Moon. How would this even work? How does one watch a movie, and pay attention to their friends and their conversations at the same time? I think it would be distracting, no?

I agree. Too many people view these mask policies as infringing on their rights. But they don't complain about seat belt laws. Both save lives, I don't see the difference.

Surprising. I would have thought it would be much higher. But it's all relative. Almost 1k dead is still a major loss. Imagine if there was a terrorist attack with that many dead. It would be huge news. Remember 9/11?

I have to disagree with you here DRM. Many children have died from COVID-19. Yes, they are in the minority, but what kind of parents wants to take that kind of risk? Plus a very high percentage of children with COVID develop Multisystem inflammatory syndrome which can cause long term damage.
