It's easy to say don't take a bad deal from investors. But if that's the only deal you can get... isn't it better to take a bad deal than no deal at all and go under? Especially if you invested some of the initial capital yourself? I admit I've made some bad deals in the past, but only when the alternative was worse. And at least I'm still in business.
