The Fed's Inflation Policy Appears To Be Working As Planned
As Chairman Powell said in his November 2 statement "we think we have a ways to go, we have some ground to cover with interest rates before we get to that level of interest rates that we think is sufficiently restrictive."
As one can see, it's understandable why market participants are wondering when will rates be too restrictive.
As far as the right pace, while the Fed could certainly have started sooner, I'm not sure you can question the pace and amount.
