I don't understand #Musk. It's like he's breaking down. How does crying and confessing that he can't cope and needs to sleep in the office and take ambien supposed to give investors confidence in #Tesla? Concerned for $TSLA

1. LAWSUITS - alleging fraud by Big Shorts, class action

2. FRAUD SEC - multi investgtns

3. NON DELIVERY- delivery problems, re scheds pissing off hundreds of customers see tesla forums

4. QUALITY - thousands of "factory gated" cars non deliverable and thousands of delivered cars needing immediate remedial repairs reworks remediation with no parts available

4. LIENS massive multi million dollar liens filed by suppliers

5. REFUNDS - thousands of pissed off customers demanding refunds on all issues above.

6. COMPETITION - all major luxury brands launching amazing ev / ev suvs like porsche mercedes jaguar audi and

7. CHINESE EV TESLA KILLER IPO filed yesterday underwritten by goldman jpmorgan bofa etc backed by Tencent and Baidu. wow.
