The Post Office isn't going anywhere, Congress would never agree to it. We use just as much if not more paper now in the digital age then before. You are forgetting a couple of big problem to eliminating taxis by 2020. Unions, and political allies. So at least 3 of the 4 items listed are about as likely as flying cars.
