Apple Amidst US-China Wars

Comparing pay without comparing the cost of living in an area is very intentionally misleading. And it is likely that China doe not have the equivalent of our federal reserve constantly pushing for more inflation. It doe cost less for a worker to live in China, so a comparison with what it cost here in the USA is a false comparison.

"The opinions stated in this article" match quite closely to what I have observed. That is an indication that unfortunate times are ahead, and the means of escape are long past.

For far to many years the federal reserve has catered only to the profits of that top ten percent who are invested so much in stocks and speculative finances. The logical action is to increase interest rates and understand that for that top ten percent their incomes will not keep rising. And it may happen that the federal reserve bank club may be held each separate and joint accountable for their actions. And just possibly, although I doubt it, additional controls over that function put in place.

The logical alternative is a collapse into misery for much of the world.

Certainly in the Kingdom of California there will be a lot of EVs, and then the very interesting challenge of charging the batteries of those EVs will gain a bit of attention. With much of the electrical distribution being run by a company that already has caused problems with it's inadequate installations it will be a real show to see how the additional power demand is dealt with.

So shares of the charging station companies will have an exciting amount of variability.

Computer driven cars will never honestly be dominant because the benefits they offer are not needed, and are not worth the extra cost, by the vast majority of drivers who never have accidents at all. And certainly the computer driven cars will cost a lot more than a similar non-computer driven car, both in purchase price and in the upkeep costs. And they will never be as good as the average good driver.
