With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, I am a passionate and visionary co-founder of BondBloxx, the first ETF issuer focused solely on addressing the needs of fixed-income investors. My mission is to modernize and democratize fixed-income investing by providing investors with the building blocks to execute on their investment views and manage risk. I bring a wealth of expertise in ETF product development, strategy, and market structure, as well as a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of fixed-income investors. I am also a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion in the financial sector, and I leverage my diverse perspectives and experiences to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence at BondBloxx.
As the co-founder of BondBloxx, I am responsible for setting the vision, strategy, and direction of the company, as well as overseeing the product development and launch of our fixed-income ETFs. I work with a team of industry veterans who have collectively started and run over 350 ETFs, with over $1 trillion AUM in ETFs created. I leverage my skills in financial services, capital markets, and fixed-income investing to create ETFs with targeted exposures, low costs, high liquidity, and transparency. I also partner with institutional clients, broker dealers, and market makers to ensure the optimal distribution and execution of our ETFs. I am proud of the impact that BondBloxx is making on the fixed-income market, and I am excited to continue to innovate and grow our ETF offerings.
