My law practice focuses on the operation, acquisition and disposition of real estate single assets and portfolios; mortgage, construction, mezzanine, and preferred equity financing and restructuring on behalf of landlords, borrowers and lenders; joint ventures; and real estate investment trusts. I also represent real estate firms, property management companies, financial institutions, corporations, hotels and insurance companies in connection with their use, management and operation of commercial real estate. Finally, I am often asked to consult and assist with real estate leasing and development litigation matters based on my CPA license and significant public accounting experience while working as a manager for PwC and E&Y. By collaborating with Greenberg Traurig’s tax, restructuring and insolvency, and litigation attorneys, I am able to address all challenges that impact any real estate transaction. I am a licensed attorney in the State of New York and District of Columbia, and in the Federal Courts of SDNY and EDNY. I am also a licensed CPA in the States of New York and Illinois.less
