The Press with their scaremongering and the politicians with their lockdowns are responsible for the greatest economic disaster in the history of mankind. Wait and see! Total economic collapse will occur NLT the end of Q1-2021. That's when I plan to buy the house I will retire in.

Yes, the approximately 1/10th of 1 percent of the population that dies this year from C-19 can't spend dollars, but 99.9% of the population could, if the politicians did not destroy their jobs, their means of income!!!

I was born in the USA, but I've traveled and lived around the world as a child of a Naval Officer, later as a military officer myself serving my country, later as a businessman, as an entrepreneur and also as a tourist. The one thing that separated the USA from every other country in the world was freedom. The marxists in our country are trying to take our freedoms, but the Mayors and Governors, some of which are Marxists, beat then to the punch. Some places where quarantines/lockdowns have been imposed have done better than places without quarantines/lockdowns and some places without quarantines/lockdowns have done better than places with quarantines/lockdowns. Who’s right? Who knows? I do know that our constitutional rights have been stripped from us and the cost is immeasurable, at least for now. Wait till the end of the year or early next year when the economy is worse than ever in our history and people are starving and then ask yourself, was it worth it to save a few lives? When it’s finally put into perspective, it will then be measurable, very easily measurable.

Some "experts" say that masks prevent the spread of the virus, some "experts", like Fauci, said no, then changed his tune, because of political pressure. Some "experts" say they are not effective. Some cities and states mandate that they be worn, some governors are suing some mayors to prevent them from forcing their citizens to wear masks. Some countries have mandated the wearing of masks and some have allowed their citizens to decide for themselves. In some places where masks are mandated, the spread of the virus is slowed, in other places where masks have been mandated, the virus is, as the press loves to say, "out of control". Before C-19, various independent studies showed that masks were ineffective in stopping or even slowing the spread of viruses. Still, some “experts” refuse to accept past evidence that they don’t work in preventing the spread of viruses. If they work, why do doctors and nurses who wear masks still catch the virus? Also, many of those who wear masks, don't wear them properly. I often see people, in particular restaurant personnel with their masks pulled down below the nose and mouth and simply covering their chins. So, does it matter if they work, when so many people don’t wear them correctly?

End the end, had we done nothing more than we do every year with the flu virus, the economy would still be strong, we would still have our freedoms and a few hundred thousand Americans would have died from another new virus and it won’t be the last time a new virus hits. 2.8 million Americans die every year. Even if the reported C-19 death numbers were accurate, it will end up being less than 10% of the deaths that will occur in 2020 anyway. I’m not trying to be cold, just factual.

If you are elderly, you "could" die from C-19, but most don't. You are at higher risk if you have certain pre existing conditions. But, only a small percentage of the human race has or will die from C-19. If you are a young child, a young adult, a middle aged adult or elderly, you could die from the flu. Neither virus kills massive numbers of humans. Wake up!!! It's overhyped, unlike anything in human history!!!

I love a good debate!!! But debating Mainstream Media’s “news” is a foolish waste of time. Step back and look at it and you'll see the obvious attempt to make the current administration look bad, while trying to make the anarchists look like heroes. I served my country, not for morons to burn the flag or tear down what American's built since the founding of this greatest of all nations. I fought against the armies of our enemies, those who would cut your throat and the throats of our women after they raped them, leaving nothing but a wasteland and pools of blood behind. Think this isn't real? See what happens as the Marxists fight for power. I've spent most of the past 6 years in the former Soviet Union, observing, studying and learning all about the murderous, dastardly, wicked, evil, iniquitous, heinous, villainous, diabolic, fiendish, vicious, barbarous, cruel, black, dark, rotten, nefarious, vile, foul, monstrous, shocking, outrageous, atrocious, abominable, reprehensible, despicable, execrable, corrupt, degenerate, reprobate, sordid, depraved, dissolute, base, mean, low, unscrupulous, unprincipled, malfeasant, egregious and flagitious, to mention a few adjectives which describe Marxism. The definition you find in textbooks is a mere facade. If you truly want to see Marxism in practice, visit Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, or one of many other former Soviet countries. The remnants of Marxism will slap you in the face and the resulting shock will remain with you forever.

If this virus is so dangerous, why the extremely high percentage of asymptomatic infectees? Why are most of the dead, elderly? Finally, why does the death of less than 8/1000ths of 1% of the world population justify all the panic? Why does this justify more than 50 million Americans losing their jobs, so far and the imprisonment/house arrest of every law abiding citizen in the country, while convicted felons are let out of prison, the destruction of untold numbers of small businesses? When will those in power wake up and see that this is insanity?

Why do you overlook the evidence I gave you concerning your erroneous assumption that many children have died from Covid 19? Seems the facts don’t matter to you, only your feelings which drive you down a dead end. The Youtube video was simply one more piece of the puzzle that even the "experts" haven't yet figured out. Do you "feel" that all videos on YouTube ar bogus or just the one I came across? Is there no valid evidence available on YouTube unless you "feel" it's valid?

From the CDC website: "In this preliminary description of pediatric U.S. COVID-19 cases, relatively few children with COVID-19 are hospitalized, and fewer children than adults experience fever, cough, or shortness of breath. Severe outcomes have been reported in children, including three deaths." Three (3) deaths of children is not "many" when put into perspective. I'm sure there is newer information available, but I have not been able to find it yet. However, I have seen a video on YouTube addressing the return of children to school and it explains why there is no risk for the children or their parents or grandparents and it's because children have not been found to spread the virus. The "risk" just isn't there. The flu is much more dangerous and risky to children of all ages.
