Bristol & Co. from 1980-1987. He started in portfolio management at MacKay-Shields Financial in 1975. He began his career as an institutional research analyst at Baker, Weeks & Co. in 1966. Mr. Winslow earned a B.A. from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
