Ashutosh is a Senior Associate at a reputed Dubai based International Design Firm with over 23 years of experience in architectural design and design management. He has a strong focus on the functional design and technical realization of a broad range of project types, especially hospitality (five-star hotel& resorts) and high-end residential projects (villas & apartments), mixed-use, tall towers and commercial office. He is currently involved in managing the design for some very high-quality projects in Dubai and Saudi Arabia, working with multidiscipline teams, getting involved in the building permit process, and coordinating drawing sets for different stages. He is known for his specialization in sustainability, design management of large and complex projects, and managing client’s expectations. He is a strong practitioner of BIM and computational design and uses coding for design and design evaluation. He is certified in Revit Architecture, LEED AP BD+C, and Project Management Professional (PMP).
