James, I almost always agree with what you have to say, but not this time. As an employer, there is no way that people are more productive from home. For one, children area huge distraction. So it the TV, Facebook, Netflix, your phone, the sink of dirty dishes, and pretty much everything else. Not everyone is cut out working from home, and I've seen productivity plummet. I for one can't wait to reopen an office.
True, but supposedly, it's already been administered to people with no ill effects, including Putin's own daughter. That sounds very promising. And while I would have much preferred that America had been the first to develop this vaccine, with over 20 million infected worldwide, at this point, I don't care who creates it.
An hour ago I would have agreed with you. It takes on average 20 years to develop a vaccine. And the fastest vaccine ever created still took 4 years. BUT, Russia just annoyed they have successfully created the world's first COVID-19 vaccine.
I have been nervous about the whole "MAY" be forgiven angle. How do we know a PPP loan will have to be paid back or not. If it does have to be paid back, at what interest rate?
It's okay to ease fears. Example, I remember when the hysteria around the initial AIDS epidemic there were many campaigns to educate and ease fears by explaining how easy it was to avoid infection. We should ease people's fears - explain they can stay safe.
But being lied to? Absolutely not. I am a #Trump supporter but he causes more harm than good with some of his ridiculous statements regarding #COVID-19. He's become increasingly unstable and it's making me second guess my support before the upcoming election.
I know Tesla has a lot of problems and #ElonMusk has as many cons as he does pros. But the cars are amazing. Have you ever driven one? Those who do often won't drive anything else. That kind of brand loyalty can't be discounted. The only other co. that I've seen with that kind of loyalty is Apple.
