I had read a good article here, I think by either @[Gary Anderson](user:4798) or @[John Petersen](user:63015) about #lithium and how there simply isn't enough of it to go around. We need to find alternatives.
I have been following the technoligical metals space for a while and figured that one day lithium ion battery recycling could become an enormous industry. But as this article shows it will be a while before this space becomes practical #lithium
I was bullish on #lithium throughout last year but sold my holding in October on fears that ramped up lithium production would outpace current demand. Lithium is the metal of the future but it is important to realize strong demand for it will not come about over night but rather over the next decade or so.
I was very bullish on #cobalt and #lithium over the last last year but I believe the rally in these metals is over done. With such high prices mining companies have ramped up production and on the demand side the amount of electric cars is still to few to soak up that additional production. Not to mention new advancements in technology have been aimed to reduce the amount of cobalt necessary per battery. Think we will see a sharp correction in these metals soon but I also believe there is huge long term potential.
I have been following #lithium and #cobalt very closely and agree 100% with this analysis. I am growing more and more bullish on lithium refining, since I believe lithium prices will eventually begin to plateau when production ramps up, this will adversely effect miners. Do you know of any good lithium refining stocks that would help me take advantage of this boom?
What do you think will happen as we exhaust our #lithium reserves? Will we search for new alternative resources, or will we be forced to synthesize it?
I've always associated #lithium with #ElectricCars and #Tesla but lately I've been hearing more and more about #Cobalt. Hadn't realized it played such a crucial role. I'll be looking more closely at $SCTFF and related companies.

I still have a lot of faith in #lithium. Even more I would like to see more by @[John Petersen](user:63015).
