how many people are in your control group on Twitter? I suspect not enough for an accurate gauge of sentiment..a gauge with some pretty glaring flaws even at its best. Sentiment? People say one thing behave in a completely different direction. They cave to peer wisdom and wanting to be 'in the know". My opinion anyway. Show me their trades. Their account activity. That's real.

you said,,while a stronger economy is making homeownership a reality for more people as well.

..fewer people can afford a home today-due to tighter credit, tougher lending rules, low existing inventory, rising prices, wage contraction, and a SLUGGISH economy. Home ownership? -at the lowest level since 1967..

You say: The housing industry is looking quite strong right now and there are numerous options in the segment that could lead to gains.

Say again? Home ownership is at its lowest level since 1967. sales dropped last month! Rates went up. the builders are putting up MORE rentals than single family. The millenials are NOT buying houses. Wages have not kept up with the increasing prices of existing homes. The RE market is anything but robust. Look again- this time like Sherlock!
