Christmas day, statistically speaking is said to be the best day to buy a home. The reason is that no one is out looking for homes on this one day of the year. Honestly, most people can't afford to buy a home on Christmas Day. Moving during the holiday season can be rough, but it's worth it if you want to get the home of your dreams without having to worry about someone outbidding you.
