Your team needs you to be the best manager that you can be. To win games and get results that matter, you have to ensure that your team and players are doing the best they can at all times. Being a better manager is not always about dictating to your team what is going to happen, it is more about talking to your team to find out what is happening. Quite often players can be affected by things happening outside of the game and you as a manager need to take these things into account, and into consideration.

Taking Time Out

Football is a game that is beautiful to play and to watch but at times you and your team could do with some time off. There are lots of things you can do with your time off including taking part in esports betting for fun and enjoyment and to focus on other sports as well as football. You might also want to watch a good movie or try listening to music. When you take time away from playing football (and talking about football), you can start to see where issues lie, and most importantly how you can work on these issues to get your team back to playing as well as they were before. Being a better manager is all about developing and improving yourself as well as your team and squad.

Choose Your Team Carefully

Teams evolve and change over time and this is only natural. However, sometimes you may need to shake up what you are doing and who is playing. Moving players around or introducing new players to your team could help shake things up and it could give other players a break. As chemistry within your team is important for winning you need to balance which players you use and when.

Keep An Eye On The Market

Variety is good, and if you find a player is not working well for your team anymore, then it may be time to sell or transfer them. New players can come onto the transfer market and be available for you to purchase and you may find that a new injection of skill within your team and squad will push everyone to achieve their personal best. When you stay aware of the market and the offerings you can constantly assess what your team is offering in comparison to others teams.

To be the best team manager that you can be you need to focus on how you view your team and how they view you. If they have no respect for you then they will not want to play well together or at their best. Similarly if you have no respect for your squad or team then you cannot expect them to give 100%. Part of being a better, or even great team manager is knowing the times when you need to shake things up completely, and knowing the times when you just need to give things a little nudge.
