I agree on $GUT, even Mario sold shares recently. Your missing the whole story on $CLM $CRF though and valuation is reasonable given the assets if you buy right. $ROC is attractive to tax sensitive investors as well.

They always forget about the ponzi RO's they do every year to juice the returns for everyone else. Sure it declines over time, but not nearly as fast as the ROI on their underlying would suggest. $CLM
