At Morgan Stanley, I work to develop and promote thought leadership for Calvert Research and Management, as well as educational materials related to ESG investing for use by financial advisors.
Prior to its acquisition by Eaton Vance, I managed Calvert Investment's public-facing website, using Sitecore to effectively display the latest Calvert thought leadership and provide our clients quick and easy access to the information they need.

Preciously, I served as project leader spearheading multimillion dollar efforts from inception to completion for federal clients. I designed, implemented and monitored Measures of Effectiveness plans to gauge how well programs were meeting stated objectives and provided metrics geared towards giving clients a basic ROI on their efforts. I led human capital management studies on succession planning, diversity efforts, and customer relationship management, among many others.
