What #Trump should be saying:

"Sorry I screwed up and ignored all the warnings millions could die. Oops."

How can you say that not isolating people at all would be better? That would quickly overwhelm our hospitals and health services. Many more would die.

But if we don't lock things down, people will drop like flies. In Italy, something like 400 people are dying every day!

@[Joseph Cox](user:127658), this sounds downright irresponsible and heartless to me. You are saying that we should let people die, because shutting things down will hurt the economy. "Protecting the economy" is why #Trump did not take proper precautions from the beginning. And yes, if he did, the economy would have taken a hit. But it's going to take a hell of a bigger hit once the country goes into complete lockdown! Trump should have been warning people, instead he encouraged people to go out and live normally. The deaths are in his head. @[Gary Anderson](user:4798), talk some sense into this man.

#Trump keeps pretending the #coronavirus is no big deal. I just read that Congressman Matt Gaetz who came into contact with coronavirus patient spent the weekend with Trump. He may find out first hand that the virus is not a hoax after all!

You are right about that. I heard some of #Trump's idiotic statements today. Like saying he has a hunch that his mortality rate estimate is more accurate than the CDC or WHO's estimate. Like he knows more than the medical professionals? Oh my!

How were faulty CDC testing kits Trump's fault? Don't get me wrong, I like to blame Trump for anything I can, but that seems a stretch.

Unfortunately, regardless of whomever will win the Democratic primary, I believe Trump will win the election. I also think that the impeachment hurt the Democrats more than it hurt Trump.
