--- Making the business or financial case (TCO, ROI), rather than the technical case, for implementing the right solutions. This includes "opportunity costs" if the client considers staying with its "status quo".
--- If my client tells me they want brown shoes, I don't offer them blue shoes.
--- Co-workers, management, and ownership all enjoy working with me: I don't waste anyone's time.
Solution Sales experience includes: Managed Services, consulting, project, software (e.g, BI, ERP, E-Commerce, CRM, HCM, SaaS, iPaaS, etc.), and staffing assignments at the Sales Manager, VP-Sales, Recruiting Manager, or Major/National Account (hunter) Sales levels. Solutions involve professional services, software development and applications (including Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce "stacks"), staff augmentation, project management, ITO, BPO, RPO, and Disaster Recovery/Backup solutions. Have successfully expanded to HVAC and Solar.
