Say that the United States of America got disintegrated few decades back and Mister Obama is trying to get them united back again, can we consider him blameworthy
Russia and Ukraine were together during the time of USSR like brothers. There should be nothing wrong when they become united once again. Russia is not meddling with US, UK, Germany, Spain etc. It is only doing something within what was called its own country - the USSR. We simple people can never know why the great leaders are doing such things. If we understand them, then we will be in their place
May be mister Putin is trying to get all countries of USSR united again to become formidable. I think he wants the USSR family back again united whether or not they like it. Sometimes a father has to use force if sons go astray. The sons may understand the actions and thank for it later on or they might consider the father as enemy. It is the fate of every father and every leader.

It even conquered India and beat its people when they said " Vande matharam". It is called Great Britain. When Iraq tried to conquer Kuwait in 1990, it was termed as Rogue state. How do the definition come like that. One country conquers many countries and it is called "Great Britain" and another tries to conquer a small neighbouring state and it was called "Rogue State". But Britain did lot of good too in India like building roads, dams (Stanley Reservoir in South India without a single crack for more than 60 years since it was built) and lot of other noteworthy actions.
