Alex is an Executive Search professional who serves clients in the financial services industry, primarily in the asset and wealth management, real estate, endowment and foundation and plan sponsor areas. he is also in the firm's CEO and Board of Directors Practices. Previous Experience Alex has 20 years of executive recruiting experience. He is currently a Partner at Odgers Berndtson after spending 12 years at Russell Reynolds Associates. Before executive search, Alex spent more than 14 years in real estate development, real estate investment banking and financial services marketing. He was previously Vice President of the Real Estate Investment Banking Division at a predecessor to Bank of America. Prior to that, he was Project Manager with a real estate company. He earlier served as a Marketing Manager with Fleet National Bank. Education Alex received a B.A. degree in English from Wesleyan University.
