I have been bullish on #naturalgas for a couple of months and believe market can head to $3 but I am still looking for ways to add to the position at the right time and points.
I tended to have a bullish view of #naturalgas until Trump's decision to end the Iran deal. I am concerned that higher oil prices will lead to more drilling and therefore lead to more gas production which would increase the oversupply in the market.
There are concerns that pulling out of Iran deal will lead to even more drilling in the U.S which would pose a supply issue for #naturalgas personally I feel that fear is overrated given strong demand from overseas.
I continue to maintain a long position in #naturalgas because I see that 2.50-55 is incredibly strong support, I also believe that poor U.S energy infrastructure will make it more difficult for natural gas to reach the market. Coupled with strong demand I think we can hit 3.00 at some point in the next few months.
I know the supply of #naturalgas is keeping a lid on the price, but logistical concerns about shipping it to market are starting to have an affect. Also demand continues to increase. It seems like the market is more or less balanced.
#NaturalGas market is very interesting, I think $2.50-55 is very strong support and given the strong demand picture I do not think prices will fall below that.
#NaturalGas has quite a bit of bearish sentiment at the moment but I think it is overdone. The market remains more or less balanced with increasing supply being absorbed but increasingly strong demand. Supplies in the U.S are at 3 year lows, I don't see nat gas falling below $2.55
I have jumped #NaturalGas when it was at the 2.55-2.60 range believing that to be extremely strong support. I figured that the "spring" sell off in late February was overdone. You think over the next few weeks we can see nat gas return to around $3?
I am currently bullish on #naturalgas since I believe the recent “spring” sell-off is overdone and that the $2.50-2.55 level offers significant support. On the more fundamental side I see Strong Asian demand soaking up much of the surplus in the market.
Do you think today's strong gains for nat gas change this analysis? It appears that nat gas has formed a strong support around 2.55-2.56 range and now appears set for a rally to 3.00. #NaturalGas
I have been building a position in #naturalgas at about 2.55 level, since it appears that that is a strong level support. I also believe that strong increasing demand from Asia will soak up much of the supply glut. With that being said I doubt prices will return to the highs seen in January any time soon.
