Fascinating video. I agree the system is flawed, but not just because of fraud.
For example, #Twitter has a partnership with #AmericanExpress, where you can get access to exclusive benefits and discounts by tweeting a specific hashtag after linking your #Amex card to Twitter. But you can only link 1 card to one account. But many people have multiple Amex cards. I literally HAD to create several additional Twitter accounts just to take advantage of this program and maximize my benefits. $TWTR $AMEX $AXP
The entire #Twitter & Facebook system is flawed. Check out this video which exposes all. It's a real eye opener to the inner workings of how advertising at these companies work. $TWTR $FB:
It's true. Not just on Twitter though. You can buy #Facebook or #Twitter follows by the thousands. And thousands of companies/individuals offer this service. If thousands of people own thousands of fake accounts... well you can do the math. $FB $TWTR
I agree, Moon. But I've long believed that a huge percentage of #Twitter's users are "fake" users. Either created by the company themselves, or by marketers. $TWTR
Excellent job highlighting #Twitter's possible potential and shortcomings. I think you've hit the nail on the head regarding the problems the company needs to overcome. But being that they've yet to figure it out, despite having more than enough time to do so, makes me wary of $TWTR.
#Snap is going to very quickly replace #Twitter. Change always comes from the next generation - among my friends, I don't know anyone who still uses Twitter; they've all moved over to #Snap. Just like with #Facebook, all you old folks will eventually follow suit. $FB $TWTR $SNAP
I believe technology will be #Trump's downfall. In the old days, people could get away with making ridiculous comments, and their PR firms or press secretary's could intervene before they took a life of their own. But information disseminates instantly and globably these days. Tools like #Twitter ($TWTR), which Trump seems to adore, give him the ability to let all of America know his true, inappropriate thoughts before his team can tweak them.
My biggest concern with #Trump is that he seems to lack any sort of filter. And he wields his #Twitter account like a weapon without thinking. That's one thing when you are a private individual. It is another when you are the president representing all of America to the world!
