Paul was seduced into the market in the late 1970s. His passion for investing led him to change careers in April of 1987 when he joined Merrill Lynch as a financial advisor. Over the next thirteen years, Paul achieved excellent results for himself and his clients at Merrill Lynch, A.G. Edwards, Wheat First Butcher Singer [which later merged multiple times and is now part of Wells Fargo Securities] and Ferris, Baker Watts Incorporated.
Paul specializes in value investing, occasionally augmented with the sale of options. These strategies and techniques have served him well through both good and bad market cycles. He retired at age 50 and lives comfortably from his investment returns.
Paul has been a featured speaker at the Options and Forex Expo in Las Vegas and the International Traders’ Expo in New York City. He is a featured columnist at The Street’s Real Money Pro website and at the Market Shadows website.
