Don’t Be Fooled By This 12% Yield
Good call Marc. Such antics are dangerous. Not only will you lose your dividend but the stock will fall too, a double whammy of bad. Sadly, this company is not the only one paying unsustainable dividends in excess of profitability to fund them.
Best Stock Sector To Watch For In 2018
Rates have been low for years. I think those who wanted to borrow to invest have done so long ago or are those who can't get low rates to do do. I would caution against borrowing more to invest this late in the cycle with rising interest rates.

Volatility and interest rates are expected to rise this year, so spreads and costs will increase for options this year without a doubt. Whether or not the winners will be longs or shorts is more nuanced.

The labor market is going to look pretty good compared to a downturn where the Federal Reserve can't lower rates more than a meaningless amount and the government is running too big of a deficit to fiscally stimulate. That is the real problem that is being totally unaddressed. We are spending our get out of a depression card to keep those in power looking good for years and years. It is dangerous for the people.
No, Tax Cuts Don't Kill People
What has run up both healthcare and education has been government programs more than anything else. Likewise, government in housing can also be tied to its price increase. Basically, wherever the government intervenes leads to mass inflation and a disassociation from standard market forces leading to people being unable to pay for such services on their own. They create the problems they claim to be solving.
America did fine educating without massive student loans to indebt students for decades. Likewise America dealt with the ill long before we started socialized programs that complicated payment and favored the large companies over local doctors and hospitals. What really needs to happen is deflating of all these government sponsored bubbles so that people can afford education and healthcare on their own budget like before.
Is This The Scariest Bitcoin Chart Of Them All?
I think China's rule is fuzzier than it appears. I'm sure they are still mining there. The issue is China doesn't want bitcoin to lead to an easy way to get money out of the country unnoticed.
Is This The Scariest Bitcoin Chart Of Them All?
Even if his chart proves true, the longer term #bitcoin players still made out well. Those predicting an absolute collapse of this are mistaken. At this point in time the issue is really how this technology will evolve more than anything else. It has already proven its ability to endure. $BITCOMP
