Grains Report - Wednesday, March 3
Rice was higher and tested recent resistance areas on the daily charts. Volumes traded were limited but the price action was strong.
Softs Report - Tuesday, March 2
Cotton futures were sharply higher yesterday and chart trends are sideways to down on the daily charts.
Grains Report - Monday, March 1
Soybeans closed higher and Soybean Meal closed a little lower. Selling came on ideas that the impending Brazil harvest will kill current demand for US Soybeans.
Softs Report - Wednesday, Feb. 24
Coffee futures were sharply higher in New York on ideas of less offer from Brazil and sharply higher in London as Vietnam producers are not selling after the Tet holiday.
Grains Report - Friday, Jan. 22
Wheat markets were lower once again as funds remained sellers. Funds appear to be liquidating part of their long position and the industry appears to be buying.
Softs Report - Thursday, Jan. 21
Cotton futures were higher on ideas that the new Biden administration is ready to go with a new stimulus program that could aid clothing purchases and Cotton demand.

Corn and Oats were lower on apparent fund selling. Trends are still up in both markets.

Palm Oil closed lower on ideas that the weak export pace shown so far by SGS can continue this month.

Cotton closed higher and near the highs of the day in response to the USDA reports.

Palm Oil closed lower on ideas that the weak export pace shown so far by SGS can continue this month. Production of most vegetable oils in the world is less this year due to a lack of production of oilseeds.

FCOJ closed a little lower last week as the cold weather threat in Florida has passed by for now with no damage.
Softs Report - Monday, Dec. 28
Cotton closed a little lower in consolidation trading last week. Harvest is mostly done amid drier weather conditions in West Texas and the Delta and Southeast.
Grains Report - Thursday, Dec. 24
Corn was higher along with Soybeans and Wheat. Corn has been a demand based market and the demand overall has improved, even with a weaker export sales report yesterday.
Softs Report - Thursday, Dec. 24
Cocoa closed higher in New York and London closed mixed before the Christmas holiday. Both markets remain in a trading range.
