The bad news from Tilray (its Q3 net loss increased by 128%} took a toll last week on the constituents of both the Canadian Cannabis LPs Index and the American Cannabis MSOs Index with all 12 declining by an average of 12%.

The 7 constituents in the Cannabis MSO Stocks Index went up 0.5%, on average, last week and are now up 50.8% YTD.

Germany passed legislation in March legalizing the sale of cannabis there which contributed to a 19% surge in American cannabis MSO stocks in March.

Only two of the 7 stocks in the American Cannabis MSO Stocks Index were up in February with the index going down 8.9% but remaining up 25.9% YTD.

The cannabis MSO stocks have jumped a full 35%, on average, from the tax-loss sell-off that occurred in the latter part of December and the bounce continued last week advancing 10.3%.
