In SPAC news this week, Acorns Grow Inc. announced that it has entered into a definitive business combination agreement with Pioneer Merger Corp., while a connected car startup backed by General Motors and Palantir is also choosing the SPAC route.

The automobile data startup Wejo Ltd is in talks to go public with Virtuoso Acquisition Corp through a SPAC merger. The blank-check company Virtuoso is looking to raise new equity to support the transaction with a value of more than $1 billion.
